Rick -
The track is in the carousel. You can view this .pdf to see where it is in relation to the big track. (Note: it's 335k) http://www.midwestsprint.com/adobe/mapRA2001.pdf

Chuck, just to help give people an idea of what this track is like, we were up there last Tues doing some Intek testing with Briggs, I believe the elav. change is 53 feet, come off the front strait and climb to the top, than it winds back down through all the little hills, the whole track is visable from the pits. We travel allot and I've never seen a track as nice as this, if you come here, you won't be disapointed, and this is the first opertunity to race here Bob Vehring

Bob -
I couldn't agree more. Last week, we met with RA to view the facility and finalize some details for our event. It is an excellent facility - I can't wait. Hope to see you there.

I was up at road america sunday for the Cart race first place I went was over to the kart track. WOW looks awsome almost traded in my enduro for a sprint so I could run there. decided I would just buy another kart and run both. one thing that was missing though was a posting on the briggs building about the inaugural race. With all the people that were using the restrooms I'm sure that if somthing was posted we could have had more people show up to watch. Especially with the porsche racing going on that weekend. You'll be able to watch the kart races and the porsche races from one seat, HOW KOOL IS THAT!!

Did anyone else see it on the CART broadcast this weekend? Whenever they had a helicopter shot of the Carousel, there it was.
