| Because of Dale Jr. sitting out, and Regan Smith (a former karter) being called in to replace him, AJ Allmendinger has been called in to replace Regan in the 51 car this weekend. |

Good to see him back on the track but my expectations aren't very high. The 51 team is on a very tight budget and probably have the oldest equipment out there. Glad Regan is getting the chance to drive the 88 too but it would have been cool to see AJ in it. Kurt Busch is arguably one of the most talented drivers in NASCAR and he struggled to crack the top 20 in that car.
