I have a friend that is planning on heading to Summit Point for the last WKC race of the year...does anyone know the gearing for a TM ICC at Summit?

Well in the complete absence of any other information I guess you could start with 18:21 / 19:22. That's a typical gear to break into triple digits. Hopefully someone will chime in and get you something specific for that track, its got some steep inclines!

Failing that I made some gearcalc sheets too:
http://www.overt.ie/files/racing/technical/motor/gearcalc/

Be sure to verify tire circumference before doing a calculation. The K9 and K9B have the same exact ratios, the K9C is a little different hence has a different sheet.

Internal ratios may throw those final ratio numbers off you might want to ask a guy like Tom Barth, he seems to have an answer for everything TM.

Did you look at the sheets Chris? The sheets are based on the homologated gear ratios for each motor package.. Primary and all 6 gears accounted for. Of course if the motor is bent and has non homologated ratios then all bets are off but otherwise they should be accurate.

What model SGM do you have, if I can find a homologation sheet for it I can make a gearcalc for you.

Well I found a sheet from SGM that lists the ratios as parts for a number of their motors. Ive added a spreadsheet called SGM-All.
Just select the tab (at the bottom) for the model motor you have have.
