fuel float filling up?

just changed the main jet, now i had the float bowl overfilling and kart running like crap, ran fine 2 weekend ago?? stock moto 125cc

Tank pick up to inlet round pump to two outlet wich is Y to a T wich feed the carb and goes back to tank. ran fine till now

needle seat is fine i tested that, if i take one of the return off the Y and return direct to tank, it runs perfect and does not overfill the bowl?

easy fix i know but wondering why? told too much pressure but why now??

well clean the fuel pump blew thru the return and she is running like new, i like these small problems
