Are dual rads legal by SKUSA in Stock Honda? I thought it wasn't at one time but can't see that rule now, just wanted to check.

20.2.7.10 Radiators: Must be mounted to the left or the right of the driver.
One only I guess. |

Just went back and didn't see anything that limits the number. That rule just says where, which eliminates the Epic model that mounts in the fairing but doesn't define a qty. Could be 2 on the left and 1 on the right. Hmmmm.

Ideally for dual radiators to function optimally the radiators need to be used in parallel not in series. Radiators function best with a higher temperature gradient. So in series they are less then optimal.

That one on the driver's right in the photo isn't a radiator, it is the intercooler for the turbo.

I have seen people run two radiators one mounted in front of the other in stock honda and i have heard it does not do much if your having cooling problems stand the radiator up or get a better more efficient radiator have a kg radiator and 90% of the time i have to run tape because it cools so well

A guy at the Phoenix protour race had two radiators, one mounted behind the seat. It was well done and looked pretty cool. dont know how well it worked but I doubt it hurt anything.

I started on it this weekend.... I have to move the mounting tabs up, and cut off the top spigot and run it straight back, but I think it will work pretty good. This is the first one, I have some on order from the factory that are coming through blank.....
