Thanks for the help. The Pavesi gear at our track is 16:28. Running from the crank gear and final drive I'm coming up with 18:28 for my TM. Does anyone have any conversion rules of thumb?

Thanks

Rule of thumb might be hard because it will depend on the power band/porting of the respective motors. ie if you have "luggy" porting on one and revvy porting on the other it throws things out of whack....

That said, these gearcalc sheets might help:

TM K9 & K9B have the same gear ratios, the K9C is a little different. If you need one for a KZ10 let me know.

NP. Make sure you verify the tire circumference...It might be different between the sheets as well as not being correct for your kart Wink
