I am using a Birel water pump on a IAME Leopard. The outlet side measures 9/10 of an inch. What hose do I use there and how do I get it to the 5/8 inlet on the engine?

Here is how I've set up our Freeline pumps. I believe the u-bend is 5/8" ID and I stretch std 5/8" ID hose to fit over the inlet of the water pump. It is a pain but works. This silicone hose works better than the black rubber hose.

No problem. Glad it helped. Another option is shown below. It is Freeline's molded "U" hose. I've never seen one but maybe the water pump end is larger to fit their pump.
