Thank you sir. Just wanted to clarify for all.

Next question, where might those of us not in the loop find USSK rules. I cant see that USSK exists (relative to Superkarts anyway) based solely on the internet.

Thanks

Body work as per CIK rules. Note side pods can be altered for better cooling purposes.

If a racer has different body work than the CKI rule allow. It will be at the race director discresion to allow him to run. The idea is to have no unfair advantage.

Class weights

Twins #485
Super ICE (Gas Gas) #465
ICE single 250 two stroke /450 4 stroke #465

Fuel gas and oil. No methonal

Racing for a TRIAD The idea is to have a level playing field.

Just to clarify you are runnung CIK rules.... But invited all the USSK guys but not using there rules... But it sounds like your are just picking some rules from CIK.. If you use CIK rules the GAS GAS engins are ilegal....

Do you have a particular rule needing a answer to???

GAS GAS is it's own class so why would it be illegal?? Not sure what you are repling???

You can contact me at 316-218-3645 (C) or by e-mail at donnaandkelly@hotmail.com

Cool!

I read that "BODYWORK" rules are based on CIK/FIA 2.7.2 rules....I didn't read anything more.

K.I.S.S. method is plenty effective when there is no Cadillac waiting for the winner.

Thanks Johnny and Kelly for your efforts to bring this event together for superkart racers. Should be a great event.

See ya'll in Topeka.

The rules Dan is talking about will be the rules for HPT. If you need them, let me know and I can e-mail them to you (will need e-mail address). Along with these rules, the maximum overall kart length will be 97" and maximum width will be 55" unless someone can tell me different!!!

LET"S GO RACN!!!!!!!!!

Any questions, give me a shout.

Hi guys looks like were going to have 17 so far. Looking forward to seeing
Everyone.

Firouz mention we have funds to have a pizza party for the super kart guys on Friday night, he also said something about a card game, not sure how it will work. No cost for the driver entered. Winner would get his entry money back.$ 350.00.

He will explain how it will work. You don't need to win the race your in. You get 2cards best hand wins

Johnny,
I got a BETTER idea!! Smile

Have Firouz give ME the cash and I will take it to the Casion on Friday nite!! IF I win, I will split, if not, THANK YOU Firouz!! Laughing Laughing

Don't forget everyone, Saturday night starting at 5:30, MARRS is sponsoring a BBQ (will be beverages also) along with handing out awards from the Friday & Saturday races. If you like country, Brad Read (my son) who is the lead singer for a band called HAYWIRED will be doing some entertainment for us. EVERYONE is invited.

If anyone wants a garage, they are $100 per day (16x34). No need to reserve ahead as the track will take care of you when you arrive.

The entry form along with event schedule should be posted within the next few days on the KART web (www.kart.org). I will also be e-mailing it to Johnny so he can pass it on.

Come to have FUN and race hard!! Very Happy

The event schedule along with 2 DIFFERENT entry forms are now posted on the KART web site (www.kart.org). I have also sent it to Johnny so he can e-mail it to people.

If running USSK, be sure you use the one with USSK on it.

To clarify the $350.00 entry fee for USSK. We did the same this year as asked 2 years ago by making one fee. This fee includes Friday practice, qualifier, Pre-final, Final driver pass and KART membership which everyone has to be a member to race at the event. USSK is also racing for the TRIAD and 2nd-3rd awards in each class where in the past, didn't.

Any questions, give me a PM or can contact me at 316-218-3645 or donnaandkelly@hotmail.com

Kelly,
Thank you for working with the guys. The entries have been sent to the guys I have on my listing. If anyone has information on racers with "parked" superkarts in thier garages. Please, pm me thier information and I will be happy to contact them. Perhaps they can get the spark back to attend superkarting again.

Still looking like 16 to 17 on the grid. Depending on how Laguna goes we could get a few entries if everything goes well and nothing breaks.

Johnny

Now that the Laguna event is over, hope to see those who went there along with all the others at HPT Oct. 5-7.

Any question, give me or Johnny a PM or e-mail.

Would be great to see 25 on the grid. 18 is a good start.

If you plan an attending, please add your name.

Anthony Williams, Dean Martin, Larry Dobbs, Ryan, Perhaps you guys could team up with someone? Would sure be nice to see a few boys from the West make the trip. Honest; there are roads leading out of Ca. Smile (just a little joke) Come on just make the trip.

No another note. My New Hauler is finally complete. I am looking forward to making the trip. The mileage should be 8 or better. It can haul 4 Superkarts in it and I can get 5 in the trailer.
