| The comment was made that $20.00 was to much for a couple hours of entertainment. I was just stating that two hours is a lot for $20. compared to some other forms of entertainment. |

Just came back from Lake Afton park. Everything looks good including the new rest room/shower they put in by the pit area.
Hope to see everyone next weekend for the next to last KART/MARRS 2012 event. Afton is a perfect track to prepare for the KART nationals which will be at HPT in Topeka Kansas October 5-7.
Anyone needing information for this event, I can be reached at 316-218-3645 or donnaandkelly@hotmail.com
For the record, my earlier post about doing a test run and going quicker, NOT!!! Just had to say it to get you all fired up!!!!
C U all soon.

Finally,
All six karts ready and loaded! Even have an extra one, a very nice vintage Margay Laydown, for that animal driver in you or perfect for restoration, still has the original Margay seat cover (in good shape). Will be on display at registration for your viewing pleasure. _________________ Sponsors always welcome |

Two superkarts nearly prepped and nowhere near the trailer. One more late night left to get em done. Looking forward to great weather at Lake Afton and Wichita Wingnuts playoffs games Friday and maybe Saturday & Sunday nights if anyone is looking for some activity in Wichita outside of the track and Zoobilee.
If Wingnuts keep up the current trend, there will only be a Friday night game 3 here in Wichita.
Go Nuts! Woooooo! |

| Awesome weekend for my soccer team, great weekend @ the racetrack. I thought it would snow this morning, but chamber of commerce weekend weather wide. Dennis Tapp is older, Linda Baldus was going to tell me a "lie". Had a great meal Saturday night, pitted effectively, saw some friends & think Wedel is awesome & waaaay underrated. |

Dan...
Was that the horse Pat was trying to break, for use at the cowboy competitions? Or have you given up on that endeavor because it looks expensive to feed that animal, buy ammo & prep super karys. |

| Ohh & while I was waiting for the start of the lay down race, a rather large & noisy bug tried to carry me away. It was a good thing I had such a great Boy Scout lunch, otherwise good job Kelly & family. |

Got all of the bad weather out of the way on Friday and the rest of the weekend was glorious; great weather to be racing!
Thanks to all of the usual suspects for a great race--Kelly, Donna, kids, Maysha and James, Boy Scouts, pre & post-tech. _________________ Keep on kartin' llb.

Also Chris and Sheldon plus Mike Norman who offered Bryan & Ryan's help several times through the weekend (tryin to keep them occupied and possibly outa trouble..LOL) And those spyin on me to make sure I wasn't lifting more than the doc was allowing (Lindsay). I really enjoy racing with the KART family....

Thanks a lot to the Read Family. Afton is always a great event and one I wish we had more than Twice a year.
now for your viewing pleasure again the Saturday Shifter race on-board Mr Bliss. I haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but from where I saw saturday he really drove the wheels of the kart to finish 3rd.

It looks to me like times were faster @ Afton; what does everybody think? I know Animal times were faster and it looks the same for PP & Yam. Sportsman. Other classes?
Was it the "re-sealing"? _________________ Keep on kartin' llb.
