Looks great. Can't wait to see the USSK in action.
Kelly just a concern on the schedule for those running Leopard and TAG.
The races on Saturday are almost back to back. It can prove problematic if someone has an issue on the first race or is stuck in tech. Sunday looks good.
Can we switch races 3-4 around? |

Juan,
Best we can do. We will work with someone if a problem arises. Look at the bright side, you atleast have a race between to rest, there are others who are running back-back 3 in a row
YAMAHA PIPE HEAVY:
There has been a question asked about flex diameter for the Yamaha pipe heavy class. It will be the same as other classes (Per KART rules), 1.600 ID/ 1.780 OD. No 1 7/8" flex allowed. |

ok Kelly I know it should be fine, but since I am running the same kart it is just going to be a pain to get all that lead pellets out of the frame in between races. |

Last year, we didn't take any lead off. I would hope if you have that much lead on your kart, you would have some mounted that you could remove easier. MORE weight means better cornering!!!
Wil have a hour before the next race would go anyway. I can change motors in that time (in the old days)!!

Glen,
As of a few weeks ago, NO. Robbie is trying to get some others to come so they can come. Takes a group of people to help unload and load there trailer with all the heavy karts, etc.. Plans are if they can, to put them in the schedule on Saturday with one of the 45 minute races and run with Unlimited on Sunday.
Juan,
Lindsay says to grow some _ _ _ _ _!!! She ran 3 races back to back each day last year (Tag Sr., P.P. laydown & Leopard) and it was HOT. Even flipped the tires on the tag kart between races. |

Linda,
We have (well atleast unloaded from Afton) Will be working on slowing Brad down & speeding Lindsay up in the piston port class. As for the animal karts ?????????
FYI to all,
Question has been asked if the practice fee on Friday is per driver or per kart. Answer is PER DRIVER. Unless there are better drivers out there then "THE MAN".... I doubt anyone can drive more then one kart at a time. I know I can't!!

Anyone within reach of Indy, and would like to go to Topeka while saving some fuel costs, let me know.
We will have room for one kart, and SOME of your stuff... You can use ours for most anything else.
There is a sleeper in the trailer, if you want to use it... Assuming there is camping, I haven't actually checked??
Just share some of the fuel costs.
PM if interested.

There is certainly camping! Folks in kart really enjoy camping at the track...so it will be entertaining to say the least. _________________ When it's raining I'll be drinking!! |

As Bryan said, YES camping is allowed at HPT.
As for electrical hook ups, all the ones on the lower level are taken. I don't believe the upper level has hook ups in the pit area but, they do have a area down from the upper level pit area that has hook ups.
Generators are allowed but I ask those who run them and they are noisy, to shut them down come bed time!!
Speaking of the pit area, I only have 7 spots available on the lower pit area as of now. These do not have electrical. After I comfirm with our sponsors where they are pitting, then we will turn the rest over to first come. |

FYI,
No one will be allowed to get into the pit area before 5:00 on Thursday. We will need to get in first to set up. We should be there no later then 4:00 and have things set up by 5:00. You will need to purchase pit passes before going inside anyway, so keep this in mind. |
