An interesting day one. Hope everyone gets a dry race tommorrow.
Congrats to the Northwest Gold Cup racers and the RPG team for a great start.
Really surprised to see such a small Masters class. What's with that? It's always been a pretty large class. _________________ Dave Lehmann

A few of the regular guys moved to the DD2 Masters class, which has 13 this year. The Masters group will be a good battle for the one Grand Finals ticket. _________________ David Cole

EKN TRACKSIDE - FRIDAY UPDATE
Good morning everyone. It's another day here at the US Rotax Grand Nationals with another puzzling start. The weather here is no rain as of now, with clouds looming in the area. The final group of Senior is on track now, with a mix of dry tires and wet tires. Officials have already declared the day a rain race, giving drivers the option to run wet and dry Mojo tires. Every class but Micro and Mini were given the option to purchase a second set of rain tires. The order remains the same with Heat 2 events set to begin at 9:30 EDT. For complete coverage, including links to interviews done after yesterday's action, visit the Event Page: http://www.ekartingnews.com/news_info.php?n=20791 _________________ David Cole

At the end of the day. You can view results on RaceMonitor app from your portable devices as the event unfolds if you missed a race and don't see someone in our top-10s. _________________ David Cole
