After a couple of days of running fine the plug the NGK BPM7A @25-28 gap ( the best I have found yet) goes to crap. Sorry but Color is dead on and runs great. If I clean it with sandpaper then clean w contact clnr ( and w/o) she will fire right up and run till you shut her off and then fouls. Clean it she fires right up and its the same process. New plug.....get a couple of days. Im thinking weak blue coil?? How do you test the little @#$###%

Depending on the style you have, hope you don't need to replace it, as I remember they aren't available and you need to buy a the newer style coil and flywheel.

How do you clean the plug? If you bead blast you have to file the electrodes sharp again, round edges foul faster than anything. Do you use carb cleaner because that will help it foul too. Are you checking the plug color down at the bottom of the porcelain? It can be bone white on top from too hot a heat range and still be rich. What's your coil gap?

why clean a 4$ plug? replace it, what oil fuel mix you running, what fuel you running, what Jet size. what Carb, does it just foul if ran at idle, or when driven hard at the track.

These plugs are $2 at auto parts store. Go buy a box you will need them the 7 is about the right temp for most of the year. It sounds like you have a air leak when you get it running does the engine ack weird reving down? I would check intake then leak test on cases. Also if it stops after coil has time to heat up have a spark tester handy( you can pic one up at most auto parts store) test it before the coil cools . Good luck
