1. As of this time, I am uncertain that our member profiles really need any further details. I suppose such fields could be made optional, but I remember a similar discussion from TKWS. On that thread, it was asserted that a person should establish his/her expertise and identity through intelligent, thought-provoking posts. Right now, I am inclined to agree with that line of thinking.

2. I'm pretty sure we've discovered the fix for this, the key now will be finding the time to correct it.

3. Of these three items, this has the highest priority by far. Similar to number 2, I believe we've settled upon a solution, we simply must find a way to implement it. However, I am unclear on how this issue affects the typical forum member. The worst part about it, for the moderators, is the example it sets to others as they register. But as for the rest of the forum, of which 98% have properly registered, the nickname folks only are disrupting if we let them be.
