Any recommendations? My used engine came with some sprockets, is it a bad idea to put a new chain on used sprockets/driver gears? Thanks!

Holeshot or DID blue box are two good chains for Rotax. New chain on used sprocket is not a problem. Just make sure the sprocket is not beyond it's useful life.

The only guys that run the RK o-ring chain is the parilla's. The rotax's don't like them as much. Look around next time your at OGP. You won't see anybody running the blue looking RK chains on Rotax's. _________________ "Winners are scared of losing..

Panther seem to be decent as we have been running them for a few months now in Mini-Max.

Panther....worth the $$. Keep it loose and lubed and it'll last a long time. _________________ Roger S. Hargens

I think I might splurge and go with a panther since I've read good things about it. Just missed one on ebay w/ a breaker the other day, oh well.

Just use a good chain and lube it each time in. It will last a long time that way.[/i]
