Thought I'd get this started to see where the other KM guys are going to travel to.
In addition to local events in KC and Lincoln, plus the Midiv stuff, and Sprint racing anytime I can fit it in. I'm going to travel to the following "big" events.
Spring Nat's (Pro and Tour) in Lincoln
Summer Nat's (Pro and Tour) in Blytheville
Colorado Tour
Evolution Super Shootout in Lincoln _________________ 08 Mike Wilson Chassis - Mod Honda |

so far the plan includes....
Blytheville Southern States Tour (might make the pro too)
Peru Tour
Nationals
I wanted to make the ATL Evolution Shootout but a trip to West End Negril trumps that plan _________________ Jason Vehige

Not many people run F125 (KM) at Peru. I won't run there any more after too many guys were breaking important pieces on their kart or walking away with bruises. I've heard they've tried to make courses that don't run on the apron where the biggest bumps are, but who know what you're going to get before you register.
If I go to Nationals this year (30~40% chance at this point) I'd either pay the waiver or run the tour/divisional at Peru in something other than a Mod car. Maybe I could run my daily-driver HS legal 1996 Nissan SE-R on street tires!

Like last year, as much as humanly possible. I forget the actual count, something like 12 national events including the Evo stuff. _________________ #35 AS, SCCA WDCR |

Lefty.... The requirement for a qualifying event (or pay the waiver fee) had been dropped for 2012, IIRC. Always good news.
Toledo is for sure for the Nut Pack, and we're debating on where to go for the 2nd Pro. Maybe Lincoln. I'd like to get down to Blytheville, having never run there before, but it is a hell of a hike. Too bad there will not be a NJ Pro this year. Last year at the New Meadowlands was an ultimate good time, and I have never been more impressed with the characteristics of pavement. |

Blytheville is a great site, great concrete that isn't super hard on tires. The courses are always fast and fun. It isn't much of a town, but we always seem to have a GREAT time there. I'm looking forward to it and Lincoln this year for the format. I don't think you can beat a double header in 4 days, cuts your travel time and expense down and saves on vacation days. win, win, win! _________________ 08 Mike Wilson Chassis - Mod Honda |

Let's see:
Evolution Shootout at Concord, NC
Evolution Shootout at Dover, DE
DC Pro
Toledo Pro (tentative)
And I have been given tentative permission by my financial adviser to go to Nationals this year (my first!)
Now I just need to drive better to make it worth it!

Got around to getting my official list:
-Dixie Tour
-DC Pro (or Maryland Pro as per SCCA site)
-NC Evo Shootout
-NJ Tour (Northeast National Tour)
-Spring Nats (both pro and tour)
-Blytheville Pro/Tour
-*MAYBE* Atlanta Evo Shootout if I can get a co-drive from someone or have my kart hauled out (too much time off with spring nats and blytheville so I gotta do an in and out kinda deal)
-Toledo Pro
-*MAYBE* Lincoln Evo Shootout (going to be an Atlanta kind of deal, where if I can find a co-drive or someone to take the kart out for me)
-Peru Tour (although what Larry says is having me re-think)
-Dover Evo Shootout
-Pro Finale
-Nationals
-Tri-States Tour
Between all of this I will be donating blood, selling crack and finding other ventures to pay for my new addiction. I will probably also require a sanity check.
Oh yea, will also be attending the biggest Tour in the US this year, F1 Austin (assuming it's still a go =/) _________________ #35 AS, SCCA WDCR

I'm so hard up for racing right now I can't be trusted to make any decisions. I'd pretty much agree to go anywhere.
Toledo pro for sure and Nats at the very least. |

We'll be doing
DC Pro
NJ Tour
Toledo Pro
Pro Finale
Nationals
Will have room in our truck/trailer for two karts and a few people to drive and sleep if you need a cheap (almost free) place to stay on-site at Lincoln. _________________ KM #68 - Haase/Honda kart

Are there any karters in the NW? I wouldn't mind trying to do Packwood Tour and/or Pro. I've only heard great things about that site/location and it'd be great to get a co-drive. _________________ #35 AS, SCCA WDCR |
