This new section of the EKN Forums is devoted to the Indoor and Sport Karting sector of the karting world. Indoor karting is growing across the country and around the world, as new centers continue to open everywhere. Indoor karting has become a great way for people to get started in the sport. Sport Karting is another growing category, essentially taking indoor racing outdoors. These programs involve competition rental kart fleets, and both recreational and competitive programs are available. There is nothing like putting 20-40 drivers in equally-prepared Sport Karts on the track at the same time and watching them battle.
Feel free to use this section to talk about events, tracks or anything else regarding Indoor and Sport Karting. EKN will be adding some notes on future road trips to indoor facilities that we try out, as well as updates on major Sport Karting events. _________________ David Cole

Having raced outdoor karts for 30 years, I can say that indoor karting is a blast. I actualy prefer indoor. It's a wonderful tool for practicing passing. The indoor karts are not as nimble as an outdoor kart and realy give you a good workout. It is an excellent cardio workout and more fun than any gym I have ever been to. _________________ Patrick Hubbell |
