Anyone got any links to seat mounting charts for 2005 - ish CRG Road Rebel? The seat is medium MoGo.

For a medium just clamp a board to the bottom of the frame rails offset, 1" left of center then front to back and tilt in a comfortable position.

OK, bottom lined up with bottom of frame rails, 1 inch to the left of center, tilt based on comfortabe position, still missing one dimension, usually measured from front rail to front of seat, or do I mount first then put the kart on scales and move seat forward or back to achieve 43-57% weight?

That's an ideal situation.

for 100cc

600mm - front of chassis to left side of seat
205mm - seat top/back edge to axle

for 125cc
620mm - front of chassis to right side of seat
610mm - front of chassis to left side of seat
205mm - seat top/back edge to axle

That's the idea of clamping the board on there, so you don't have to drill holes. If you've got scales just slide it around until you got the numbers and mark it. If it's not comfortable where you marked it then you've got to see where you can put your lead to make up the difference.
