Nor-Cal Meeting with Deborah Davidson-Harpur to talk about I

Deborah Davidson-Harpur offered to meet with karters from Northern California in the concord area the weekend of September 14th to talk about some IKF stuff.

Is anyone interested in this. I think it is a great opportunity for Nor-Cal to talk about some stuff with someone who cares.

I am flying in Fri. eve and leaving Mon. morning. so sometime Sat or Sun would be great. I am staying with friends as a vacation, so I want to plan the time out ahead of time, so they can help me figure out my transports, etc!

I know my friend is very close to the BART so I can go anywhere that is near that kind of station, and I can always get a car if I need to.

Let me know. Otherwise, you can just call me on the phone and have your own private 1-1....

Would be most happy to participate, however, that is the weekend of Round #7 of the Region 11 Sprint series at the Blue Max Kart Club in Davis, CA. and I will be there for the entire weekend. This is less than 45 minutes away, but as you might imagine, with a class to race on both days with my son, it is pretty difficult to break away.

Deb, it was good seeing you in Portland, maybe you can get over to the races at Davis for a bit and see Region 11 sprinting in action.

To tell you the truth, this is my little 3 day vacation with my best friend from college, so I was planning on not doing any karting stuff at all. but I figured a lunch wouldn't take too much time out of the weekend. Now a day at the races, that's another story. Maybe we can work something out another time?
