Hey Marc M, where are the reports from Gateway?

Or any who went. How was it?

I am waiting on photos ...and I think the release will be out shortly.

It was a pretty good event, quite a few showed even though Rock Island was the same weekend. As always, the racing was NASCAR style restrictor plate racing.

Qualifying was the same both days, but a surprise winner in the SSC Racing Pro class was Erik Winberg (PCR).... the two of us hooked up and we protected ther 1-2 from Clayton Prater and Todd Jurs... if we split up they would have eaten us up in the draft so I stayed on his bumper and collected 2nd... all in all, it was a good weekend, weather was perfect and track was smooth.

Looking forward to going back to a bumpy track though... I like those types of tracks *grin* Blackhawk was great for me... and I never got sore.
