Tim,
Your right on. And yes, there was a gear box GN a couple of years ago that JR put on. The long track with the tight infield option that SKUSA ran at the end of June was just about a perfect track for a 125 and an 80. The Same track without the tight infield is a great track for a 250/roadracing.

Maybe the case at Willow, but that gaggle of grinning 80 pushers that came across the scales at Thunderhill in July looked like they were interested to me!
Seemed as though tires didn't make that much difference, as the YDS and YGC groups were all mixed up in the draft all day long. Fun to watch. |

I do think that YGC karts are going faster. Maybe YDS karts are a little faster on the straight aways but not much.

Tim,
Send an e-mail to bosanekracing@earthlink.net the system says that your e-mail address is blocked. If things go right, I'll be in an 80 around that time (December).

| SCK has been kicking the idea around for a nationals there also. September is still too hot though (I worked the Gearbox GN then) October would be good. SCK had an October once at Buttonwillow and it didn't hurt the entries one bit like IKF predicted! |

Is October even an options to run a Grandnational? What is the latest that IKF would consider a Grandnational?
