i saw that and thought the same thing but they did show a spring rubber laying on the track so i guess it was legit.

i was at the michigan race back in about 1998 (june race) when gordon was 1/2 a lap ahead of everyone and a caution came out for debris. turns out it was roll bar padding. mark martin ended up winning the race. they never found out where the padding came from but it probably cost gordon the win.

Oh Tom please, he had a chance (1) against my man Kyle Busch, besides Kyle drove around in 5th and let Gordon lead a few laps. Hell Gordon can't even take it past his own driver (Johnson) Embarassed . When Kyle passed him(24) jeff had all he could to keep in front of Harvick Laughing

Why would they care when most people would like to see someone else win a championship?

Chris, I don't know, maybe it was another race, I've worked 6 weeks w/3 days off out at the space center, what day is it, maybe i was dreaming, i remember going in to work at 5:00 am and coming home just as the race started, i remember Kyle Busch leading alot of laps and then at the end KB winning, i guess Question

Tom, didn't you read my brilliant and inspiring piece about what goes on behind closed doors with him, Hendrick and Nascar? I honestly was waiting for you to chime in on that one

I think it was well written, I should have been an author Laughing

Its all good you dont have to think that gordon cant catch a break because with the way he is running he can win a championship without a win but with the way he is running he will get a few that is for sure.
