I got a request to ship kart wheels to Italy for a potential buyer.
His feedback is very active and positive (and in Italian) . What do I need to watch for here? besides the fake check I'll pay extra scheme? once it's in my payPal, is it good to go?
Thanks

ps,
why don't they just buy thier metric kart wheels in Italy?

Sounds a little fishy to me Curt, I can't imagine once they would pay shipping to Italy that they would be any money ahead.
I get requests like this all the time although usually to Singapore or Ghana.

Beware!!

Oh yeah, YOUR CARBS DONE!!

Yup, once money is in the bank. Ship USPS. I ship to many countries with USPS. I receive parts and ship parts to and from other countries. If your set up with off shore customers or vendors, no problems.

Thanks Tom,
now a second Italian is bidding. I'm still confused about why this is a good deal for them after paying $60. for shipping.

Hi Curt,

Don't why the Italians are bidding on your wheels. I've never sold anything to an Italian. Only country I don't ship to but do receive a lot of go fast stuff from Italy.

Hey Curt What kind of wheels are they?

Somethings are not available here in Europe or with the difference in the dollar it's still more interesting even with the shipping!

Not having to pay VAT would make up for a good portion of the shipping charges....

You can't get internet tracking to Italy. Once they get the package they do a charge back through paypal and you can't prove the package got there. Also, Italy has some weird import laws, check them out before shipping.
