curt calvin just anounced that..Graham Rahal has finally landed an Izod IndyCar Series ride, and it's an unexpected pairing.
Rahal will drive Sarah Fisher's Dollar General-sponsored car at two early-season races as he prepares his program for the rest of the 2010 season.

She has two cars. The other has Jay Howard in it later in the year so she will be a two car team earlier this year than original planned.

I just found out that I was wrong. Sarah is stepping out of the car for the races Rahal is running.

Maybe she becomes the next Chip Ganassi.

Maybe not "shocks" but I see a certain surprise here. About 4 years ago someone started a thread on here mocking SF because she said she had "no plans" to run the Indy 500. Now she's not only running it, she was a second day qualifier last year, finished on the lead lap and owns a 2 car deal and hiring arguably the brightest future star in the IRL.
That would have been hard to predict at the time Marco ran TK into her.

I'd call it a surprise. Graham is/was supposed to be the next big thing in IRL and nobody gave him a shot. I hope he can kick some but for SFR, Sarah and Andy (Mr Fisher. Sorry Andy couldn't resist) are good people giving him this shot
