The Classifieds form section is very cluttered i think. People post so much stuff up for sale daily, that when you are going through the posts, it just feels unorganized/messy.
It would be a good idea to categorize the Classified sections in two or three sections.
Karts
Engines
Parts
Or
Karts
Parts
Something along those lines to were one can look through the classifieds more efficiently and quickly. I think this will also help with people like myself (noobs) search around the classifieds section. All and all it would be easier and this may help people sell more gear
Hope this can be read and implemented
Thumbs up to ekarting, great site. Lets make it better |

Thanks Jonathan.
This is something that has been in the works. Watch in the near future for a change. _________________ David Cole

I'm not so sure... now there are 4 forums to look thru instead of one... seems like a lot more effort. I prefer having it all in one.
Of course I check in frequently... so it seems like the new organization is good for the infrequent visitor, and a PIA for those of us on top of things. |

Looks great!
How is it more effort? Its organized into topics, rather then reading through every post to see what people have to sell = mess/more time
I think its great, you get to what you want to see quick and easy, rather than reading peoples post topics that say, i have lots of stuff for sale. This makes a seller either post up all the gear for sale under parts, or post things individually
People do not like change, once you get use to it, it will be much faster...
Looking for an engine, go under engine. looking for misc parts, go under parts. Want to look throught everything, now you can go under the forum and fly through them since you no what you are looking at and peoples post topics will be more descriptive. |

I have a kart, too broke to shop for motors, but I do buy parts. No more time wasted looking at threads that don't clearly communicate what they have for sale. I'm happy |

Also big sales like motors and chassis that people need to sell for bills will stay on 1st page longer. You don't have a bunch of 15$ parts bumping your 1500$ post down. I think the new system is more organized, but takes more time to browse. Buts it is obviously for the buyers, and that's what the topic is for mostly. Good job guys!!!!!!!!! This forum is by far the most complete guide for information and news on the web. _________________ R.J. Santini

Congrats on the new categories, but I'd like the see the old board stay up, albeit locked, for longer than a week. Ive called on stuff that as been posted for 3months and its was still for sale. I think it would be nice to keep it there for a least a month, theres a lot of individual stuff that one can find on there by searching with keywords.

Hi Jeremy,
Wanted ads should be placed in the appropriate section of the Classifieds. We will continue to monitor the section and if needed, may create a Wanted section.
Thanks everyone for your comments. _________________ David Cole

EKN
I liked the other all in one place format. Much more convenient and took less time to review. Just pull it up and look at what was posted for that day.
But looks like I may be in the minority so I'll just puff up and shut up.
