Give this a shot. It's Andre Martins place here in Orlando Fla. Andre is Mr. Tonykart. He can give you the best info, e-mail them or give them a call.
Hope this helps you
And Merry Christmas to you and yours _________________ jlgracing

I'm trying to figure which seat suits my son. (Size 1, 2 , 3 , 4) what do the numbers mean in real life?

Just get him a size 1. I'm taller than Marc and about 125-130 lbs and the size 2 is slightly large for me...but make sure he sits in the seat before you buy it because if it happens to be too tight, then he will regret getting the seat
edit: size 1 is the smallest otk seat
size 2 is close to the same size as my tillet 1/4 pad medium large _________________ Dillon Felber

61cm Front Rail to left side seat lip.
61.5cm Front Rail to right side seat lip.
19 - 21cm Top of axle to top of seat lip. (Center)
Also, with the OTK Seats, make sure you sit in more than one of the same size, typically because the seats are stacked in shipping and storage you get different sizes within the range. For instance, I use a size 1, however sometimes certain size 1's will be too small or too big for me.

So the seat is actually staggered to the left slightly? It's seems 99.9% of seat specs have the seat staggered to the right. Why is it the reverse on the Tony?
I have a Kosmic so I'd like to know. |

Jonathon is correct, its easy to confuse the two when you're not looking at the kart. I'll edit that to correct it. |

Tillett T8 Xl Seat position
Height 5"11
Weight: 249 (& Sexy)
63cm Front Rail to right side seat lip.
63.5.5cm Front Rail to left side seat lip.
21 - 23.5cm- Top of axle to top of seat lip. (Center) I couldn't get the seat any closer to 21cm. It feels better to me at 23.5. |

Ryon,
Easier if you say "driver right" or "driver left"...
So the farther distance is driver right correct? |
