Hi Graham

No I'm afraid that I'm not that Ian Harrison, although I do know of him.

I thought you might be the Graham Wilcock who went to school with my brother, Neil, but that Graham didn't have a brother, so I guess that's not you either.

Ted - James Pickford from Congleton - you mean the one who says you still owe him a tenner??? - - - - - - - - - - no I don't know him either Laughing

Ah well that was all a right old waste of time.

B-----dy hell, Gavin's here now what with Eddie and Mark Vaughan as well the place is littered with Pom's.

Gavins quite right, let's put a stop to all this bitchiness. Chris you should be ashamed of yourself.

I'm off to my new thread, then a fish supper from the Chip Shop and a couple of pints of Draught Guiness (brewed in Dublin did you know?), served at 2 degrees C Wink

Peace and Love

Ian Very Happy

I'm sorry lady's!

It's raining and I'm bored and no one around here will talk to me except for these many, many voices in my head.

I had a quick look at your hand cut intake manifold. I can probably help you out with it. I've modeled and CNC cut one for my own 250 single. Below are some jepegs of the CAD model.

Here are 2 pictures of the machined manifold.

Here are 2 photos of the assembled manifold, intake rubber and reed cage.

I'd be happy to talk to you about modeling and creating cutter path for your Honda setup.

You can see some of the other items I've cut at http://s799.photobucket.com/albums/yy280/karter59/

Hi Stephen

Just clarify exactly which straight rubber it is you mean.

There is the Honda ATV rubber that most use on the '01 motor.

There is the straight RS rubber which is an HRC part.

There is the straight rubber with the 2 bolt flange produced by various manufacturers,

I'm at home now, but if you clarify which, I will post detail tomorrow from work.

Best Regards

Is the motor a barrel or crankcase induction?

Best Regards

Hi Stephen

The straight ATV rubber, which is what is being currently used by most is # 16221 430 000

If you are following the thread, you will see that we are in the middle of testing various configurations for the 2001 "type" motor.

Folow the topic and you should have the definitive answer soon Cool

Best Regards
