I don't understand Jared Confused

Are these the choices you have to buy a chassis in you area?

Or are these just the one's you've herd about and are looking for info.

What kind of motor are we talking about Rotax ,Leopard, shifter ( stock Honda or ICC) ,Briggs, 4st, 2st and what kind of racing sprint ,road, oval, endurance.

Be just a little more specific as all of these chassis can be great on any day depending on where or what your racing and who's sitting in the seat!!

Jared,

Buy the March issue of National Kart News. Your head will asplode. There are at least twenty reputable manufacturers of karts and at least fifty brands that are any good.

Who sells what in your area?

I race a four-year-old Arrow AX-8 that has been gaining duct tape and baling wire all season and will soon be getting a hole cut in the sidepod for an external starter. It has only gotten more competitive as time goes on.

I bet there's someone somewhere who started the season on a chassis that was otherwise going to be scrapped and won last weekend with it.

if i wanted you to put the karts that you all have posted i would have... this was just a survey... not a tapic to see who would argue with me
i wanted to see what you all thought about those brands not what you think about what you drive!

Sorry for the cinfusion Mad

"asplode" I like it, lots of uses for it

BTW I wouldn't own a chassis with out individual Caster/Camber on it

I have a 4 year old First Kart/RBI chassis and I was going to sell it, but the way it handled at the Robopong made me delete the post and hang on to it. So thats my vote...First Kart

I had a Margay handle like it was on a rail for one weekend going on two wheels every lap, and then it slowly fell apart breaking welds and handling randomly.

Brother has a Margay that has handled great from Day 1.

My current kart, an Arrow X-1, makes the biggest responses to changes out of my 4 kart history.

I dunno how my Tony Kart responded to changes because it would handle like a dream without having to make any changes.

This thread is honestly pointless. Everyone is just going to suck up to their favorite kart shop and vote for the kart they sell, so Margay gets a vote from me Razz .

The problem really is, few racers ever get to really work with every brand, most may only try a few in their career. They take what they have and work with it. Some may get it to work well, others maybe not. Of course the same chassis in the hands of a different driver/tuner may have totally different results, so yes, it is pretty pointless
