Dave there seems to be a noticeable decline in the interest that this race brings. Whats it like out at the track? Is the decline in drivers noticeable?
Has the race seen its glory days, or is it more economically based? _________________ Like a fat kid playing dodge ball. |

The fact that there are a number of races on or around this weekend - both karting and in other forms of motorsports - is a factor. There have been an number of drivers from NASCAR, IndyCar and other programs that have made a one-off apperance, but with Runoffs, Petit LeMans, and other races going on this weekend, they don't have time. As for karters, you had two weeks at Rotax, RIGP two weeks before that, and still CKI to finish in two weeks.
There are still nearly 50 teams, which will be awesome to see battle tomorrow on track. People here are still serious about winning with $5k up for grabs. _________________ David Cole

I ran it two years and could never get better than 11th.
If you want to run it next year remind me about July 2010
Can we use a KF motor |
