Help with Log in

Who besides Roger Miller can you get help with your log in ? He does not return email requests for help. I have repeatedly tried that approach with no results. I have tried for weeks to be able to log on & now created a new account using my Sons name just to get help. Can someone let me know who to get in touch with.

David et. al. - I had these same problems with PM notification and signing in a month or so back. I performed a routine "updates are ready for your computer" and all the problems were solved with whatever the update to service pack 3 did. This is running on a Dell with XP.
