I "heard" today that the reason Paul switched to CRG has NOTHING to do with money. The reason is control over changes made to the chassis. Changes he wanted would either take too long or not get done at all. I heard that CRG is willing to make any changes he wants in a timely manner without charging extra for it.
Take it for what it`s worth.
