All,
We are very pleased to announce that Charlie Tackett has agreed to be the moderator of the Shifter Kart forum, continuing his great service that he performed at The Karting Web Site.
Let's give Charlie a hearty welcome and, most of all, let's make his life as moderator easy by staying on-topic, courteous, and flame free!
Thanks,
EKN |

Hey Charlie,
I'm glad to see that you held out for the big bucks. You must be a tough negotiator.

Charlie, glad to see you here, but could anyone have kept you away? Will you and Ted be at Grattan this weekend? Maybe I can get some advice in person, or would that be vice?

Well, I figured I'd be on here running my mouth anyway! 'Sides, this being a moderator gives me an excuse...."But, Stephanie, I can't do the dishes now, I've got to check the fourm...you know, being the moderator and all."
After about 6yrs on the TKWS, this most cetrtainly does seem different, but yet is developing that "home" feeling to it with the familar faces, er, names, I mean.
Oh, there's a clause in the contract that states the conditions cannot be revealed! Just remember, that old saying, you get what you pay for!!
Dan, us miss a race in our backyard, Johnny doing kids games, and the pig roast?? Nor on your life. THink we may splurge and get a garage this weekend (even has a roof, walls and electricty), so look us up...and advice or vice...like speed..how much money you got
Thanks for the welcomes and truthfully, I am duly impressed and humbled by the fact teh entire town of Miamisburg, OH has welcomed me! Maybe I should move there and run for Mayor or something. |

With him being so close to Milwaukee and all, I just sent Charlie a case of Miller High Life. |

Whenever my sweetheart attempts to argue with me about something, all I do is say "Well, Charlie Tackett said it's okay!", and she says, "Well, then, I guess that's that!". Very astute lady, my sweetheart is! |

Hey didn't they want you to run for President of the US on TKWS. Sounds like your next move will be politics.
THanks a billion for moderating the ShifterKart forum Charlie. Your speed reading skills must be excellent!
Anyhow when you make that move to politics you got my vote, and cough, cough, mmmm, mmm, if you ever need a vice president. LOL |
