John,
I have had good luck with the non oring Wipperman 428 chain. Not much strech and have not had a chain failure in the last year or so. I have been going through about 3 chains a season.

i know non o-ring chains can transfer a lil more hp n tq to the wheels.....but has a shorter life span.
