So what's everyone's opinion on this chassis. It seems to be cost effective, well made, and has front brakes (or at least an option for them.). I will be using it for roadrace at summit and vir with a leopard.
Let's not start saying "you need the road rebel" as the cost is over 2k more just for the chassis and I don't have the money. I want to know opinions on this chassis and how it compares to others in the same price range.

Hello Scot,
Yes ,,you have two choices here the Kali 100cc or the Kali 125cc. Since the 100cc chassis has rear brakes only,,,,the 125cc chassis carries front & rear brakes....TaG rules allow front brakes in road racing,,,and for the price difference,,,it will cost you more if you add front brakes later...and you will want front brakes on the road course!
The new 2004 CRG Kali is the biggest bang for the buck..... The chassis works well under any conditions and is easy to setup. The new black gloss paint with the CRG stick set will make you very happy with your purchase....as you can always upgrade to a Road Rebel next year!

Scott:
The CRG Kali Chassis is the biggest bang for the buck in Karting. Our Company, SSC Northeast, is the Master Distributors for the CRG Product line for your area. We are located in Braintree, Massachusetts. The latest version of the Kail 100 chassis will be equipped with the CRG 2000-up brake system in the rear. It with utilize (2) large reservoir CRG Master Cylinders and Dual Rear Calipers on one rear rotor. Each Master Cylinder will be plumbed to one rear caliper. This is being done to give the Kart the dual braking system being mandated by WKA for it's Road Racing Series. The new Kali will also be supplied with the new Freeline bodywork and your choice of a 40 or 50mm axle. The Kali 125 chassis will continue to use the VEN99 braking system on the front and rear. CRG will continue to supply the 125 chassis with the 2002 side pods and front spoiler. The customer will have a choice of a 40 or 50mm axle. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to give me a call.
