| Lynn, call Marty Casey the tech director for SKUSA. I have seen the TAG engines in the rule book but I can't remember where. They need to put a glossary in that thing. I do remember that it is towards the back of the rule book. Good Luck |

So, I went to website and reviewed the engines and weight and did I see that the italsis digital motor is now excluded from the masters class as well as the sr class? _________________ KGB/motori/#77 |

Hi Tim,
No the digital will be used in masters and the analog in seniors for the ItalSistem motor.
When I go to SKUSA site I'm still showing the 15lb difference that was first proposed. I just spoke with Marty and he confirmed what was decided at KMI, that the difference for seniors to masters is + 30lbs accross the board.
Lynn,
Marty is tearing down and measuring motors since KMI to complete what the fiche papers are missing. Should be out shortly and I know he would like your input.

Per item 40.7 j: No internal modifications.
How do they intend to enforce this?? At a local club race how is the Race coordinator supposed to be able to tech any or all of the above engines. without having first hand knowledge and special tools for all the engines??
Just looking for ideas because we are going to run a tag class at our local club track but are not sure how to handle the tech issue.
Cheers for the advice SteveP |
