| eKartingNews.ca to Launch at Canadian National Championships |

As part of the continuing growth of the eKartingNews.com program within the Howden Media Group, publisher Rob Howden is pleased to announce the pending introduction of the first partner in the new EKN Affiliate Program. With the ultimate goal of developing country-specific ekartingnews outlets around the world, Howden is currently completing the development of eKartingNews.ca, which will makes its debut with trackside coverage of the Canadian National Championships at Stratotech Park in Edmonton, Alberta on the August 11-13 weekend.
eKartingNews.ca will follow the proven media program utilized by EKN and will focus its coverage on the Canadian racing community and Canadian racers competing abroad. With trackside coverage, news reports, press release postings, schedules and the popular forums, eKartingNews.ca will bring a new level of online coverage to Canadian karting, following the guidelines set by its popular parent site. Working in cooperation with eKartingNews.com, this new site will be the start of something very big, something global.
“I have always tried to look into the future when developing our media program and the launch of eKartingNews.ca will be a key component in establishing our online package as the best and most expansive in the world,” offered EKN publisher Rob Howden. “Our EKN Affiliate Program will begin with our Canadian arm and we’ll then look to development relationships with the right people in other parts of the world. The program is designed as a win-win for everyone involved. We’ll just need to find the perfect match for the next Affiliate.”
The EKN Affiliate Program has been designed to extend the eKartingNews media package around the globe, linking together additional country-specific EKN satellite news sites. With the Howden Media Group supplying the back-end – an easy-to-maintain website and support, a proven advertising sales program, joint marketing efforts and a complete business layout – the EKN Affiliate Program is really a turn-key package for the karting journalist or company looking to expand its horizons.
“The development of the eKartingNews.ca program will make way for the expansion into other markets such as Europe and Australia,” Howden continued. “The business model is perfect for an energetic young journalistic team and is very lucrative.
