| SKI Awards: Nominees Announcement |

As announced yesterday afternoon, the final tabulations for this year’s Super Kart Illustrated Excellence Awards have been completed. Calculated from the individuals chosen and indicated on the nomination forms submitted to the magazine by its readership, the staff at Super Kart Illustrated is pleased to announce the five nominees for each of the SKI Awards’ six categories. We would like to thank our readership for their support of the program as the sheer number of submissions this year was overwhelming. This is a statement to those deserving individuals who were nominated as they have earned the respect of the entire karting community.
The winners will be announced and presented with their awards at a special party in late February that will be part of the KMI Kart Expo show in St. Charles, IL at the Pheasant Run Resort and Convention Center. The party will be held on the evening of Saturday, February 26 in the Broadway Ballroom.
The following distinguished members of the North American karting community are this year’s Super Kart Illustrated Awards nominees:
