| Track News: Sumas International Motorsports Academy Release Winter & Summer Series Schedules |

Sumas International Motorsports Academy is proud to announce the 2013 SIMA Winter & Summer Series schedule. It will consist of 3 winter events with the first taking place on Februrary 2nd and the Winter championship finale on March 30th. The popular one day Saturday event will be back again this season. With the current schedule, racers can get nearly two hours of practice in the morning before the races start. Other great features to the track are the on-site kart shop, indoor washrooms, live timing and the SIMA Café that can warm you up or cool you down depending on the time of year.
“We are very excited about 2013 as the series continues to grow and we offer some of the best racing in the area at an unbeatable price,” said SIMA track owner Claudio Valiante. “With every event we put on, the races have been running smoother and smoother. We have given away so many great prizes last year which included tires from MG, Seattle Mariners tickets, VP fuel, a trip to France to compete in the IAME World Championships, shoes from New Balance Vancouver, Go Pro cameras and much more. We are expecting 2013 to be even better!”
For 2013, TAG Jr. classes have been formed which will allow Rotax and Leopards to run together in. The class structure, rules and pre-registration (For $60.00) can be found on the SIMA website http://www.simaracing.com
