| Track News: Mooresville Motorplex Signs On Industry Leading Partners |

As development continues on the new Mooresville Motorplex, a world-class karting facility to open later this summer, a number of top companies have joined the team to bring this complex to reality.
Mooresville Motorplex and its leadership have aligned with the following industry leaders:
DROMO Applied Circuit Design of Italy is a world-class circuit design and engineering firm that laser measured the famed Kartdromo Parma kart track and implemented it into the MMX site with upgraded current world class specifications.
• Motorsport Services International of Ohio has been instrumental in the motorsports-specific asphalt mix design, testing, and implementation. MSI is a specialist in consulting and selecting the right asphalt composition to provide the best in motorsports racing. MSI is also designing the CIK-compliant curbs and assisting in the safety assessment and design of the facility.
• SodiKart from Italy is the leading 'arrive-and-drive' kart manufacturer in the world and is supplying MMX with a fleet of the newest and most technologically advanced karts in the world, the 390cc RT8. These karts are used for rentals, racing leagues, and schools. SodiKart is on the forefront of innovation in the kart industry.
• TecPro Barriers is supplying the barrier systems for the track. TecPro is the international leader in safety systems and supply some of the world's top facilities with barriers from karting all the way to Formula 1.
Additionally, several local North Carolina-based companies have become partners in this development including:

“To build a world-class facility, you need world-class partners,” said Justin Marks, owner of Mooresville Motorplex. “Everything about our track and garages will draw from expertise from around the world. We also could not make this happen without the support from local companies who are also experts in their fields.”
Mooresville Motorplex is the first multi-faceted karting facility in the Carolinas providing experiences for all levels of the sport. Once complete, the .70 mile long track will be the most accessible entry point into the world of motorsports in the region and one of the only karting-specific motorsports venues in the southeast.
