Trevor Rancier, aboard his MSM powered K&K Predator, sits in a solid 5th place in Rotax Junior, entering the ECKC double header event at Mosport this weekend. Rancier, who is Mosport Kart Club Champion, knows his way around the Mosport track. Coming off a pre event weekend of pole and fast lap in the final, Rancier is certainly a favourite to contest for the wins, and improve into the top 3 in the ECKC standings.
K&K's top senior driver Jonathon Treadwell, multi BSRKC Champion, and current points leader, will take over for Taylor Gates in Rotax Senior. Gates was in 7th place in ECKC, and was coming off a convincing win at Goodwood, and fast lap at Mosport last weekend, before the rain came on his K&K Predator.
In other news, Kevin May stood on the top rung of the podium of Rotax Senior, at the Sudbury Kart Club last weekend in just his second outing, on his K&K Predator.
Team owner, Kevin Barrick is very pleased with the recent results of Rancier, Treadwell and May, to date. " We usually show up with 1 or 2 K&K's against huge fields of CRG, Birel, Intrepid and it is very satisfying to always see the K&K karts at the front. It speaks volumes for the performance of the K&K drivers, chassis' and MSM power. To say people aren't noticing, is an understatement, Barrick adds." |
