| Track News: PGP Motorsports Park Opens Viral Video Contest |
| |
PGP wants to know: Are you ready for your close-up?
We know a lot of you film yourself karting at PGP and we're looking to "discover" the best videos out there as part of the PGP Viral Video Contest.
That's right, it's time to show the world — not just your family, friends and co-workers — that you're a STAR! And if enough people agree with you, you'll earn some cool prizes including a $250 gift card for the top video.
Here's your chance to display your inner George Clooney or Julia Roberts, or maybe you're more of the creative genius behind the camera? Whichever you prefer, we're looking for exciting, funny, and amazing ... you WOW us and we'll make it worth your while.
The PGP Viral Video Contest runs from May 10-26 and here are the basic rules:
Video content must include on-track rental kart racing at PGP, either drop-in sessions, practices or from any rental kart race event. Videos must be G-rated. Videos with inappropriate language or gestures will be disqualified.
Submit videos to our PGP Motorsports Park Facebook page under the Videos Link. All videos must be tagged "PGP Motorsports Park" and "go karting" or "go karts."
PGP Motorsports Park has full use of all submissions for advertising and promotion of the facility and events.
Winners will be determined by the number of “likes” on our Facebook page, but play fair and don't try to stuff the ballot box. PGP reserves the right to disallow anyone deemed to be deceitful in obtaining votes.
Awards will be presented to the three videos getting the most "likes" and an additional PGP Staff Award will be given to our favorite. Maker(s) of the top video will receive a $250 PGP gift card, with a $150 gift card for second place and a $100 gift card for third place and the PGP Staff Award winner.
