| Formula Kart Productions Resigns as Pan American Challenge Administrator |
| |
The following is a statement from MAXSpeed Group
MAXSpeed Group announced today that Formula Kart Productions has resigned as the administrator of the Pan American Challenge. FKP’s Bill Wright cited the continued growth of the Florida Winter Tour and the launch of his new Safe Race Systems business as the primary reason for the change.
FKP’s Bill Wright: “I was honored to have been given the opportunity to act as the Pan Am administrator. Although I had intended to continue the development, current circumstances make it impossible for me to give the Pan Am the attention it deserves. I want to thank BRP/Rotax, MAXSpeed Group and all those who helped me in 2011, and wish all the best for the future.”
"The MAXSpeed Group is grateful for the new energy Bill brought to the 2011 Pan Am program," remarked Garry Lobaugh USRMC Director. "We wish Bill continued success in his very busy schedule. We expect to see continued growth and commitment to the Pan Am program in 2012 under the new format that focuses on our local and regional Rotax Max Challenge programs."
