| Industry News: MKP and Torq Racing Engines Become Tomar Warehouse Distributor |

With a deal now in place, Motorama Kart Parts (MKP) / Torq Racing Engines are pleased to announce that they are the new warehouse distributor for the QuarterMaster designed Tomar clutches. With top of the line products for the Yamaha KT100 market, MKP, Torq Racing Engines and Tomar clutches will be a threat for race wins and championships at both the regional and national level.
"We are pleased to have this deal in place and will work on bringing Tomar clutches to the front of the pack," expressed MKP President Bill McLaughlin. "This deal is good for all parties involved including all Torq drivers who will be continue to utilize the new Tomar clutch. After testing them in late 2011 and having all Torq Racing Engines fixed with Tomar clutches in Daytona, we will commercially market the product continuing at the World Karting Association Manufacturer's Cup event at Carolina Motorsports Park."
Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Motorama Kart Parts / Torq Racing Engines will begin to develop a dealer network for the Tomar clutch. Any interested parties are asked to contact Motorama Kart Parts / Torq Racing Engines.
McLaughlin added, "With a warehouse design already in place for our MKP team, it was easy to add Tomar to our inventory. We won't just be selling the clutches but also will provide trackside support to all users both at the regional and national level.”
