| MG Tires Announces Rock Island Grand Prix Contingency Awards |

MG Tires, the most popular tire in TAG and Shifter racing in the United States, is proud to announce contingency awards for the 2011 Rock Island Grand Prix. Prizes are available for both the ‘Open Tire’ and ‘TAG USA Tire’ classes.
“MG has had a presence at Rock Island for many years, and we’ve always thought this to be one of the most prestigious races in the US,” stated Wagner Rossi of WR Motorsports - the North American importer for MG Tires. “This year, the competition among tire manufactures will be more intense, and we welcome the chance to show our product is superior on the track! MG Tires motto is ‘For the Drivers’, and with that in mind we are proud to announce awards for our loyal drivers at the Rock Island Grand Prix!”
Open Classes - MG Tire Contingency Program
Driver must have MG Tires on all four wheels to be eligible. This category is open to any MG compound including the softest tire in the MG line, the YZ (green).
1st Place: 4 sets of the MG Tires compounds and sizes of their choice
2nd Place: 3 sets of the MG Tires compounds and sizes of their choice.
3rd Place: 2 sets of MG Tires compounds and sizes of their choice.
TAG USA - Classes MG Tire Contingency Program
Driver must have MG Tires on all four wheels to be eligible. Per TAG USA rules, this tire must be the FZ (yellow) 4.60x5 and 7.10x5 sizes.
1st Place: 3 sets of the MG Tires compounds and sizes of their choice
2nd Place: 2 sets of the MG Tires compounds and sizes of their choice.
3rd Place: 1 sets of MG Tires compounds and sizes of their choice.
