SUNDAY REPORT
There are three words to describe SuperSunday at the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals XIV – cold, windy, and amazing. As they kept forecasting since Tuesday, the strong winds and cold temperatures came through the Las Vegas desert, challenging the entire paddock and the SKUSA staff for the main events at this year’s event outside the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. Thankfully, no rain came down and all the action was contested on a dry track. Despite the horrid conditions, the racing on track was still remarkable in all 11 categories to crown this year’s event champions and also the SKUSA Pro Tour titlists.

SATURDAY REPORT
Saturday at the SKUSA SuperNationals XIV could be considered one of the most interesting days of the event in its history. The weather on ‘situation Saturday’ turned for the worse with the wind stepped up and the temperature dropped at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. The morning groups had similar conditions throughout the day while the afternoon groups had to battle some moisture during their final two heat events.

FRIDAY REPORT
If the first day of official action is an appetizer for what’s to come in the final two days of the SKUSA SuperNationals XIV, this year’s event will go down as the best ever. A record number of entries took to the track on Friday for the first official day of action at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino for Qualifying and the first round of Heat races. While the first half of the day was full of sunshine and comfortable weather, the wind picked up and the sun fell leaving the afternoon groups some interesting track conditions for under the lights. No major incidents occurred as the SKUSA staff kept things on schedule much to the liking of the competitors.

THURSDAY REVIEW
The first two days of the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals XIV went into the books at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Practice took place over the two-days with the nearly 500 entries getting accustom to the 6/10-mile course. The excitement level continues to remain high as the event is running well and on time, keeping things moving and allowing everyone to enjoy their time here in Vegas. Following practice, some are enjoying the event more than others as a select few find themselves at the top of the time charts in their respective categories.

The time to go all-in is here…the week of the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals XIV is upon us.
