| Team News: Nicholas Brueckner Signs with MRP Birel America for 2013 |

2012 United States Rotax Micro Max Champion, Nicholas Brueckner, has chosen to campaign the 2013 season with the MRP Birel America team after a successful test last month. Brueckner, 11, will compete in the entire Florida Winter Tour schedule in both TaG Cadet and Rotax Mini Max.
The young Hockley, TX driver has been successful in his first three years of karting, also claiming the 2011 Southwest Regions Cup Rotax Mini Max Championship and third place in the class in the 2011 Pan American Rotax Challenge.
“Nick has been great from the start,” said Tim Lobaugh, MRP Motorsport Engineer and Rotax Technician. “He is very smart, listens well and has been very fast aboard his new kart. We look forward to helping him develop and continue to win races and championships.”
Brueckner has settled in very well to his new team environment.
“Tim and everyone on the team have been really helpful. The kart is easy to drive and very fast!”
